Convert Case
Convert Case is the flagship case tool: paste a sentence once and watch it rendered in every common case style at the same time — shouting UPPER, quiet lower, headline Title, developer camelCase, snake_case and the rest. It exists because converting case by hand, letter by letter, is exactly the kind of chore a browser should do for you. Click any result row to copy that version.
How to use Convert Case
- Type or paste your text into the box.
- Read the live results — every case style updates as you type.
- Click the row with the case you want to copy it to the clipboard.
- For a single style with a shareable page, follow the link to its dedicated converter below the results.
Supported behavior
- Thirteen case styles are shown at once: upper, lower, title, sentence, capitalized, alternating, inverse, camel, Pascal, snake, kebab, dot and constant.
- Developer cases (camel, Pascal, snake, kebab, dot, constant) split words on spaces, hyphens, underscores and camelCase humps.
- Clicking a result row copies only that version, not the whole list.
Best for
- Reformatting a headline, a variable name and a database constant from one source phrase.
- Checking how a product name looks in every style before committing to one.
- Fixing a paragraph typed with Caps Lock on.
Limits
- Title case uses headline style: small words such as 'the' and 'of' stay lowercase in the middle of a title.
- Alternating case starts with a lowercase letter and flips on every letter; spaces do not reset the pattern.
- Case conversion cannot recover the 'correct' casing of names typed in all caps — review proper nouns afterwards.
Privacy notes
- Your text is processed locally in your browser and is never uploaded to a server.
- Copying uses your browser's clipboard permission only when you click a result.

Convert Case FAQ
Which case styles are included?
UPPERCASE, lowercase, Title Case, Sentence case, Capitalized Case, aLtErNaTiNg, iNVERSE, camelCase, PascalCase, snake_case, kebab-case, dot.case and CONSTANT_CASE — thirteen in total.
How do I copy just one version?
Click its row. The row's text is copied to your clipboard and a confirmation appears under the results.
Does Convert Case send my text to a server?
No. The conversion runs in JavaScript on your device, so the text never leaves your browser.
Why does my camelCase input split into separate words?
Developer cases treat camelCase humps, underscores, hyphens and spaces all as word boundaries, so 'helloWorld' and 'hello world' produce the same result.
