PNG to PDF

PNG to PDF collects PNG images — screenshots, diagrams, app exports, artwork — into one PDF in the order you list them. PNG files are embedded exactly as they are, transparency included, so a logo or diagram with a see-through background keeps it. Choose A4 or Letter for printing, Fit for pixel-exact pages, set a margin, and the document is built entirely in your browser.

How to use PNG to PDF

  1. Choose or drop one or more PNG images (JPG and WebP are accepted too).
  2. Check the list order — it becomes the page order.
  3. Choose page size, orientation and margin.
  4. Click Create PDF and download the finished document.

Supported behavior

  • PNG images are embedded byte-for-byte, including their transparency channel.
  • Images become pages in list order — the first image is page one.
  • A4 (210 × 297 mm) and Letter (8.5 × 11 in) page sizes, or Fit, which sizes each page to its image.

Best for

  • Combining screenshots into a single report or bug report.
  • Sending design artwork and diagrams as one document.
  • Archiving PNG exports from apps that save one image per page.

Limits

  • The images stay images inside the PDF — no text recognition (OCR) is performed, so screenshot text is not searchable.
  • Fit pages use image pixels as points, so a very large screenshot makes a physically large page; choose A4 for predictable printing.
  • Transparent areas print on whatever the paper colour is — most viewers show them on white.

Privacy notes

  • Everything runs on your device: the document you open never leaves your browser.
  • Assembly happens in your browser. Screenshots of private work never leave your device.

PNG to PDF FAQ

Does transparency survive?

Yes. PNG images are embedded with their alpha channel intact, unlike tools that flatten everything onto white or convert to JPEG.

Can I mix PNG with JPG images?

Yes — JPG and WebP files are accepted too and can be mixed freely in the same list.

Which page size suits screenshots?

Fit keeps the screenshot at its natural size, which reads best on screen. A4 is better when the PDF will be printed.

Is there any quality loss?

None for PNG and JPEG inputs — they are embedded exactly. WebP inputs are converted to PNG losslessly first.
