Daily Planner

Daily Planner prints one well-organised day on a single page: an hourly schedule from 05:00 to 22:00 down the left, and your top three priorities, a to-do list with checkboxes, a notes area and a water-glasses tracker down the right. Type the day's title and date — or leave them blank and write them in by hand each morning. It is the paper version of the planning apps, minus the notifications.

How to use Daily Planner

  1. Type a title and date, or leave them blank to fill in by hand.
  2. Choose the paper size.
  3. Check the live preview — it redraws as you change any option.
  4. Download the PDF for printing, or the PNG if you want an image of the page.

Supported behavior

  • Hourly rows run 05:00–22:00 — early starts and evenings both covered, one line per hour.
  • Exactly three priority lines: the page enforces the 'three things that matter' discipline.
  • Eight water glasses to tick off, because hydration is also a plan.

Best for

  • A morning planning ritual at your desk or kitchen table.
  • Students structuring a study day.
  • Anyone running a paper bullet-journal or planner binder.

Limits

  • The schedule is hourly — half-hour appointments share a line; write the minutes beside the hour.
  • One day per page by design; for a week at a glance, use the Weekly Planner.
  • Print at 100% scale so the columns land where designed.

Privacy notes

  • Nothing is uploaded — this tool takes no file input at all. The page is generated locally in your browser from the options you set.
  • Your title and date are typed into a page that is generated locally — nothing is transmitted or stored.

Daily Planner FAQ

Can I print a week of daily pages at once?

Generate the PDF once and print seven copies — the date field can be left blank and written in by hand each day, which is what most people do.

Why does the schedule start at 05:00?

It covers early risers without wasting lines on the small hours: 05:00 to 22:00 gives eighteen hourly rows on one page.

What paper size works best?

A4 or Letter for a binder or desk pad. A5 works as a compact insert, with slightly smaller handwriting room.

Is the date filled in automatically?

The date field starts on today. Change it to print a page for any specific day, or clear it to leave a blank line.
