Printable To-Do List

Printable To-Do List is the simplest tool in this family and possibly the most used: a clean page of checkbox rows — five to thirty of them — with proper writing lines and, if you want them, date and priority columns on the right. Square or circle checkboxes, your title at the top. Print one for a moving day, a project kickoff, a packing list, or the kitchen counter.

How to use Printable To-Do List

  1. Set the title and how many rows you need (5–30).
  2. Choose square or circle checkboxes, and add date or priority columns if useful.
  3. Check the live preview — it redraws as you change any option.
  4. Download the PDF for printing, or the PNG if you want an image of the page.

Supported behavior

  • Rows are evenly spaced with a checkbox and a full writing line each.
  • Optional right-hand columns for a due date and a priority mark, with headers printed for you.
  • Any title you like: 'Packing List', 'Sprint Tasks', 'Saturday Jobs' — the page is generic on purpose.

Best for

  • Moving house, packing and shopping checklists.
  • Work task lists and daily shutdown rituals.
  • Classroom job charts and chore lists.

Limits

  • Thirty rows maximum per page — for longer lists, print two pages rather than squinting.
  • The list is a blank template: tasks are written by hand after printing (that is rather the point of paper).
  • Print at 100% scale for the intended row height.

Privacy notes

  • Nothing is uploaded — this tool takes no file input at all. The page is generated locally in your browser from the options you set.
  • Even the title is only drawn into your local preview and downloads — nothing leaves your browser.

Printable To-Do List FAQ

Can I type my tasks and print them filled in?

Not in this tool — it prints a blank, beautifully ruled template for handwriting. Paper lists you write yourself are harder to ignore than another app tab.

Square or circle checkboxes?

Pure preference. Squares read as classic task lists; circles suit softer uses like reading lists and self-care routines.

How many rows fit well?

Twelve to twenty is comfortable on A4. Thirty fits, with tighter rows — best for short items like packing lists.

What are the date and priority columns for?

Tick them on when the list has deadlines: write a due date per row, and mark priority with a simple 1–3 or a star in the priority column.
