Weekly Planner

Weekly Planner puts a whole week on one page: seven generous day boxes — Monday to Sunday, each headed with its day and date — plus a notes box for the things that belong to no particular day. Pick any date and the planner snaps to the Monday of that week. Print it on Friday for the week ahead, pin it where you will actually see it, and run the week from one sheet of paper.

How to use Weekly Planner

  1. Pick any date in the week you want — the page snaps to that week's Monday.
  2. Choose paper size and orientation.
  3. Check the live preview — it redraws as you change any option.
  4. Download the PDF for printing, or the PNG if you want an image of the page.

Supported behavior

  • Each day box is headed with the weekday name and its calendar date, calculated for you.
  • Sunday shares the last row with a notes box — weekend plans and overflow thoughts side by side.
  • Works for any week of any year; dates roll correctly across month and year boundaries.

Best for

  • Friday-afternoon planning for the week ahead.
  • Family command-centre weeks on the fridge.
  • Meal planning, shift planning and study weeks.

Limits

  • Weeks always start on Monday — there is no Sunday-start option on this planner.
  • One week per page; it is a planner sheet, not a diary with space for essays.
  • Print at 100% scale for the intended box sizes.

Privacy notes

  • Your entries never leave your device: the printable is drawn and downloaded entirely in your browser, with no server involved.
  • The week you pick is only used to draw the page in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

Weekly Planner FAQ

What if I pick a Wednesday?

The planner shows the whole Monday-to-Sunday week containing that Wednesday. Pick any day in the week — the result is the same week page.

Can the week start on Sunday?

Not in this planner — it is built Monday-first, the convention in most of the world. The Calendar Maker does offer a Sunday start.

What belongs in the notes box?

Anything week-shaped rather than day-shaped: a shopping list, a goal for the week, reminders that float. It sits beside Sunday in the last row.

Which orientation is better?

Portrait suits binders and fridge doors; landscape gives each day box more width for handwriting. The layout adapts either way.
