Extract PDF Pages
Extract PDF Pages pulls just the pages you name out of a document and binds them into a new, smaller PDF. Type the pages the way you would describe them — 1,3,5-7 — and the tool builds a file containing exactly those pages, in the order you listed them. It is the polite way to share one chapter of a report or keep only the signed page of a contract.

How to use Extract PDF Pages
- Choose or drop the source PDF.
- Type the pages to extract, using commas and ranges: for example 2,4,7-9.
- Click Extract pages.
- Download the new PDF containing only those pages.
Supported behavior
- The page list accepts single pages, ranges, or a mix of both: 1,3,5-7.
- Pages appear in the new file in the order you listed them; duplicates are used once.
- Extracted pages are copied exactly — no quality loss and no re-rendering.
Best for
- Keeping only the signed or stamped page of an agreement.
- Sharing one chapter or section instead of a whole report.
- Building a short handout from a long manual.
Limits
- Page numbers must exist in the document — asking for page 40 of a 12-page file returns a clear error, not a broken file.
- Bookmarks pointing to extracted pages are not rebuilt in the new file.
- Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first.
Privacy notes
- Processing happens entirely in your browser, so nothing in your document is sent anywhere.
- Extraction is a local copy operation: the source document never leaves the tab you opened it in.

Extract PDF Pages FAQ
What format should the page list be in?
Comma-separated pages and ranges, exactly like a print dialog: 1,3,5-7 extracts pages 1, 3, 5, 6 and 7.
Can I extract pages out of order, like 9,2?
Yes. The new file follows your list, so 9,2 produces a two-page file with page 9 first. That also makes this a quick way to swap two pages.
What is the difference between Extract and Delete?
Extract keeps the pages you list and drops the rest. Delete removes the pages you list and keeps the rest. Use whichever list is shorter to type.
Will the extracted file be smaller?
Usually yes, roughly in proportion to the pages removed — though shared fonts and images inside the PDF mean it is not an exact percentage.
