Reorder PDF Pages
Reorder PDF Pages fixes documents whose pages came out in the wrong sequence — the classic duplex-scan shuffle, or a chapter that was merged in at the wrong end. The whole document appears as a simple numbered list; move pages up and down until the order reads correctly, then download the rearranged file. Nothing about the pages themselves changes, only their sequence.

How to use Reorder PDF Pages
- Choose or drop the PDF.
- Use the up and down buttons beside each page to arrange the order you want.
- Click Save new order.
- Download the reordered PDF.
Supported behavior
- Every page is listed by its original number, so you always know which page is which.
- Moves take effect in the list immediately — what you see is the order you get.
- Page content, size and quality are completely untouched.
Best for
- Fixing the page order of duplex scans.
- Moving an appendix or title page to the right place.
- Assembling a reading order from separately merged sections.
Limits
- This tool moves pages with buttons rather than drag-and-drop thumbnails — deliberate, because it stays precise and works well on touch screens.
- Pages cannot be duplicated here; to repeat a page, extract it and merge it back in.
- Very long documents produce a long list; for big reshuffles, splitting and merging may be quicker.
Privacy notes
- Everything runs on your device: the document you open never leaves your browser.
- Reordering happens in your browser's memory. The rearranged file is generated on your device and downloaded directly.

Reorder PDF Pages FAQ
How do I know which page is which in the list?
Rows are labelled with the page's number in the original document. If you are unsure of the content order, note the first line of each page in your PDF reader before reordering.
Can I move a page a long way, like page 40 to the front?
Yes — keep tapping the up button, or move the pages in front of it down instead. Each tap moves the page one position.
Does reordering change file size or quality?
No. The same page objects are written in a new order; nothing is re-encoded.
Can I duplicate a page while reordering?
Not in this tool. Extract the page with Extract PDF Pages, then use Merge PDF to insert the copy where you want it.
